Top 5 Colts Games
5. 2006 Week 9 at New England 27-20

I'm going to be honest, this game is probably only on here because of Marvin Harrison's catch. And the Colts beat the Patriots in their house. It was still a good game between Indy and New England as it always is. The Colts never trailed as Antoine Bethea picked off Tom Brady in the endzone in the first quarter leading to a Manning-Harrison touchdown.
4. 2003 Week 5 Monday Night Football at Tampa Bay 38-35

The best game I never saw. I don't remember this game too well but I'm pretty sure I went to bed when the Colts were down 35-14 with 5 minutes left. Then the Colts punched in a touchdown following a 90-yard kickoff return. Following this touchdown, the Colts attempted an onside kick and were successful in recovering it, leading to a quick touchdown pass to Marvin Harrison making the score 35-28 (for those of you who can't count). The Colts got the ball back and scored a touchdown with :35 left with running back Ricky Williams (no, not the pothead one but apparently there was another one. I don't remember that guy at all and Edgerrin James must have been hurt or something). This score lead to overtime where Mike Vander-shank missed a 40yd field goal attempt but a penalty was called, leading to a 29-yd field goal that got tipped and hit the goal post but still managed to go through for a 38-35 Colts victory. Was it a good game? Yes. Was luck involved? Peyton Manning makes his own luck.
3. 2009 Week 10 vs New England 35-34
The video speaks for itself. Allow me to personally thank Bill Belichick for being a moron and giving Peyton Manning the game. For the record, I turned the game off in frustration once the Patriots went up 24-7 but put it back on in the 4th. Gotta love Peyton Manning, only he could have pulled this off.
2. Super Bowl XLI vs Chicago 29-17

I considered putting 2009 Week 10 here and making this game #3, but this was the Super Bowl, so it automatically gets rated pretty high up on the list. However, it was not a particularly exciting game. Devin Hester returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown and Peyton threw an interception on his first possession, creating a bit of stress but you knew Peyton was going to answer. And so he did, finding an absolutely wide-open Reggie Wayne for 56 yards. However, Hunter Smith bungled the extra point, leaving the Colts behind 7-6. On the following drive, Rex Grossman actually did something with his life and completely a touchdown pass (WHAT?!) putting the Bears up 14-6. The Colts eventually kicked a field goal a few possessions later. A side note: there were 5 turnovers in the 1st quarter, a Super Bowl record. In the second quarter, Dominic Rhodes punched in a score giving the Colts their first lead of the game at 16-14. The Colts never looked back at this point as Adam Vinatieri hit 2 more field goals and Kelvin Hayden returned an interception for a touchdown.
Where are they now: Well, the Colts at 14-0 under a rookie head coach and the Bears are 5-9 under the amazing Jay Cutler, who Brian Billick said was "starting to look Jeff George-ish" this past Sunday. That's a kick to the groin.
1. 2007 AFC Championship vs New England

Best. Game. Ever. From the 21-point comeback to Reggie Wayne's near-fumble to the fact that Tom Brady never could, this was the best Colts game of all time. There, I said it.
